THE SOUL ELEMENTS RETREAT
We welcome you to join a 7-day retreat for your soul in the spiritual land of Bali. You will spend time in a boutique retreat located in the heart of a traditional local village surrounded by greenery. Through this retreat you will be immersed in ancient rituals, play with the different elements of life, appreciate natural beauty, experience lesser-known activities, and rejuvenate by connecting with yourself.
Experience a tranquil week away from hectic daily life. Learn more about yourself. Use different life elements to expand and protect your energy. Learn the art of gratitude. Create more awareness around the things that need more attention in your life, helping you to become more mindful and present. Everyday we prepare nourishing and mouth-watering meals that are as good for your soul as they are for your body. Be part of a tribe, all coming together to be part in this transformation.
Each day is dedicated to a different element of life: Air, Fire, Earth, Water and Spirit. You will express greater connection with your creativity, stability, strength, life-force, emotion and your inner spirit. At the end of the retreat you will leave feeling refreshed, clear, full of new knowledge and wisdom, empowered and revitalized.

Our lunch and dinner is done with a “Farm to Table” concept – all produce is locally sourced and freshly selected for the same-day. W will also learn about permaculture and growing organic food.
There will be plenty of relaxed time throughout the day where you can dedicate to massages, relaxation, journaling, or personal explorations of the island. After dinner we close the day with meditation and set our intention for next day.
